EU Leaders concur Brexit deal say Theresa may



The 27 Leader gave it their support after not exactly a hour's dialog in Brussels. Mr Tusk motioned on Saturday that the arrangement would be affirmed after Spain pulled back a minute ago worries over Gibraltar. 


The arrangement should be endorsed by the UK Parliament, with numerous MPs restricted.
