Share market update: Sensex ascends more than 150 points, Nifty hits 10,900

Benchmark BSE Sensex increased more than 150 points and the NSE Nifty started the December subordinates arrangement by hitting the 10,900 stamp in early exchange on Friday on positive prompts from other Asian bourses in front of the two-day G20 Summit.
