it was anything but a genuine trial of the Indian group. He said that Australian side that the Indian confronted was not practically identical to the Australia of the 1990s.

"In any case, I welcome the triumph and the endeavors that Kohli group put to accomplish it. Be that as it may, the present Australian group is not the slightest bit practically identical to the one during the 1990s. The Australian squad was far more grounded at that point, with stalwarts like Mark Waugh, Steve Waugh, Brett Lee, Shane Warne and Ricky Ponting, than the one we have today. Thinking about this factor, I would state that India's ongoing battle with Australia was not genuine test," he said.

Naming the 1983 Cricket World Cup triumph as a distinct advantage, Mr. Prasad said that the triumph changed India's cricket perpetually by motivating a large number of youth to take up cricket as their vocation. It likewise brought about the development of cricket foundation in the nation," he said.
