Bangladesh endured crisp damage blow in front of one week from now's one-day universal arrangement against New Zealand on Saturday, after the Bangladesh Cricket Board said all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan had been precluded with a finger break.
Latest Cricket news : Shakib supported the damage to one side ring finger while batting in the last of the 6th release of Bangladesh Premier League Twenty20 competition on Friday evening, said the BCB. A X-beam following the match affirmed a break, and the finger will "must be immobilized for around three weeks," said senior BCB doctor Debashis Chowdhury.
This was the second damage blow for Bangladesh in front of the visit, which included three one-day internationals and three Tests. Pace bowler Taskin Ahmed was before discounted for the whole arrangement with a torn tendon and had been swapped by Shafiul Islam for the ODIs and uncapped Ebadot Hossain for Test arrangement.
A few Bangladeshi cricketers have effectively left Dhaka for the three-coordinate ODI arrangement that begins in Napier on February 13. Shakib missed a significant part of the activity in 2018 after damage to one side little finger. He was not completely fit until the home arrangement against West Indies in November-December.
Bangladesh have not won any match against New Zealand in any organization amid their past four visits.
